Playing with my thoughts of moving/ re-allocating to Italy.

Dear visitors

I’m playing with the thoughts of moving/ re-allocating to Italy; for that reason I did search for a small house to live. I did find the following properties possible interesting for me :

this property is situated in the valley of the Majella mountains, perched against the mountains with beautiful views of the Gran Sasso mountains. Well known for its Health Spa Resort and as this attracts many tourists and locals throughout the year, many of the towns have been restructured. This is an area situated close to the motorway and therefore Rome and Pescara can be reached with ease. The property is real good value for money and is ideal for people who enjoy the mountains and as it snows a few weeks every year it is ideal for skiing as there are also various skiing resorts in the vicinity. It is close to the Valle Orfento River where there are still many otters.

the house is situated in the L'Aquila Province in the vicinity of Navelli.

Can somebody advise on these houses, it is attractive and why, is it easy to find some [building] people for partially restoring the property etc.

I would appreciate any information/help to orientate myself and try to make the picture complete before undertake the for me big step.

Interesting to know previously for example, can construction workers easily be organized in this region, underground- / not part of the officially economy workers [or how do you call this in Italy.
